Placed on a very visible lot facing the intersection of a highway and a shopping center drive, the building entrance had to face the center's parking lot on the other side. We maximized the building's "presence" on the street sides by creating a curving facade on the "back" side of the building facing the intersection. The metal seam roof set the structure apart from its neighbors, and primary visibility was given to the drive-up ATM facing the shopping center entrance drive.
The front entry features a columned portico similar to the drive-up canopy. The 6,000 sq. ft. full-service banking office includes future expansion space available for rental use.
