This is the third in a series of similar offices created for a former savings bank turned commercial bank. Their 30-year-old brand image was carried by a set of small, Colonial-style branches. Keeping recognizable elements of traditional design such as the brick exterior, peaked roof, and columns, but using them in a more contemporary and highly visible manner, allows the new branches to stand out in their suburban, high-traffic locations. The interiors feature spacious, sky-lighted lobbies with lots of marketing materials, multiple video screens, signage, and logos to reinforce their brand. Dialogue banking stations replace traditional teller lines to increase customer interaction. Coffee service and an Internet café support the retail banking environment.
