Citizens First Savings Bank – Main Office Retail Lobby

Placing a new lobby environment in the main floor of the bank’s round tower was an architectural challenge. The new lobby greets the customers with marketing signage and logos, plus 11 video screens, to reinforce the bank’s brand and provide information on its products and services.

Dialogue banking stations with secure cash-dispensing teller machines replaced traditional teller lines to allow increased customer interaction. Coffee service and an Internet café support the retail banking environment.
