MSU Federal Credit Union – Meridian Branch
Charged with creating a new image for the branch office buildings for the credit union, the architects of Daniels and Zermack designed this 7,000 square foot brick building with a high peaked roof trimmed in ‘Spartan’ green to give a distinctive look in the suburban environment. Attractive daylight is provided to the interior by the high center section of the building and the clerestory windows along the sides of the peak. A two-person receptionist station greets the members. Eight teller stations, four drive-up lanes and two drive-up ATM lanes are provided. Special retailing features include video displays, backlit marketing panels, a kiosk for handout materials, and an internet station that allows staff to demonstrate how members can do their business from home or office.
