The State Bank
When The State Bank decided to totally revise their traditionally arranged lobby, they chose the architects of Daniels and Zermack for our experience in retail bank design.
To gain efficiency, four new teller stations were placed at the back of the lobby, closer to the drive-up tellers. The new way of dealing with customer service has bank representatives circulating in the lobby, out of their information counter to greet customers and offer bank services. Two computer stations at the Internet Café allow bank customer service representatives to demonstrate the bank’s Internet site while providing specialized coffees.
A business and investment resource center offers a business news channel on the TV and copies of various financial periodicals. It doubles as a customer waiting area near three new offices for investment and other bank retail products.
